python3-changelog software package provides Sphinx extension to generate changelog files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-changelog
python3-changelog is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-changelog package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-changelog *
You will get with python3-changelog package name, version, architecture and description in a table
